Red Velvet Celebration Cake

We hosted a 15 person decorating class at UoM with Fiza and it was INCREDIBLE! Her expertise in cake decorating helped fix everyone’s mistakes as first time decorators and made us feel so at ease and confident with the process. She was so lovely to work with and super organised and we are so thankful that she went out of her way to come to university to give two workshops (30 people in all) for the baking society. Would 100% recommend and even with a larger group of people than normal she absolutely nailed it and everyone went home with super cute bakes. Thank you!!!

I’ve had a bento cake decorating class today and I enjoyed it so much! The owner was so nice! She offered us some tea, water and a huge cup of brownies staitaway after we came. She showed how to make decoration very quickly and easy to understand without taking half of class for explanations. Highly recommend!

We had the opportunity to attend the bento cake decorating class. The instructor was super helpful and organised this class very last minute for me and my friends. She was so lovely and was so hands on in teaching, giving us a helping hand whenever we needed. Cannot recommend enough! She had everything organised and layed out upon arrival. By the end of it we had 5 beautiful bento cakes created by ourselves! If you’re wanting to do this as a bday treat or even for a bridal shower party it’s the perfect gift! I ordered my daughters 22nd Birthday cake from Vanilla Ice Cakes....it was absolutely delicious. I text the lady on Instagram and sent a pic of what I would like. I was very impressed when I went to pick it up. Highly recommended 👌😊

I recently attended the cake decorating class organized by Fiza and had an absolute blast! The instructor was super helpful, kind and caring and I had so much fun learning new techniques. I did the bento cake decorating class with Faiza. It was such an enjoyable activity to do with my friend. Learnt lots of tips and tricks which I will now use when decorating my own cakes. Thank you so much Faiza!

I arranged a birthday afternoon tea for my mum, to take away and have at home. It was absolutely exceptional. All fresh, high quality and very, very tasty! A lovely range of savoury and sweet items. Fiza is so lovely to deal with and made the whole ordering and collection process easy. We had 7 adults and 4 children and she made the kids afternoon teas in their own cute boxes. My mum was blown away, it really made her day. Thank you Fiza! This is the third time we have ordered from Vanilla Ice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic local business.

Love the milkcakes here. Fab service, lovely owner. The cakes are made fresh so if you ever go in when there is lotus Cheesecake do pick up a slice too. 1 milk cake won't be enough!!

I went in on a whim a few months ago and got the most beautiful slice of cake and brownies. So when I had to get a cake for my mum I knew I had to go to Fiza. She was amazing to deal with and so quick at responding ! The cake was absolutely perfect and so much fun ! It’s delicious and so light even with the fondant. My mum and the family absolutely loved cake ! Thank you so much and I’ll be coming back for any time I need a cake !! Xx

We walked in quite late in the evening on Friday on the way home because we fancied a cake for our anniversary that day. The woman working there was really nice and offered a cake she made earlier that she could decorate for us. We told her we’d been together four years and five minutes later we had a lovely cake to take home. We had a slice each and gave slices to friends and family and everyone thought it was so incredibly yummy and fresh.

Best cake shop in Manchester! Ordered a Jamie Dodger cake for my sister's birthday and it was devine, very soft and scrumptious. I am a big fan of this bakery and always craving their milk cakes, cheesecakes and cake slices❤️ If you are a cake lover, this place is for you.

Where have you been all my cake life? 😍 A friend tagged me on Vanilla Ice Cakes Instagram account and I immediately fell in love with the look of their pistachio and white chocolate cake and it did not disappoint. I live quite a way from Chorlton, so last Saturday my sister happened to be in the area, I contacted them and ask to save me a slice and they did. Very polite on the phone, quick replies, the cake was ready for my sister, very polite staff and fast service from them. We also tried the biscoff milk cake and it was absolutely delicious. Cannot wait to have more of their products.

Brilliant 21st birthday cake with a quick turnaround too..I went for one of the standard celebration cakes but was able to tweak the type of cake/ decorations as well to make it exactly what was wanted. Super friendly and efficient service and totally delicious end result too. Devoured with massive enthusiasm by the party guests ..
